When filling out the Watch Repair form, provide us with as much information about your watch as possible. Include your contact info, and one of our watchmakers will quickly contact you with an estimate.
When calling, our watchmakers will ask you the following:
- What is the age of your watch?
- When was your watch last serviced?
- What problems, if any are you having with your watch?
We’ll provide you an estimate over the phone, but sometimes we’ll need you to send us the watch in order to diagnose a problem and provide a more accurate estimate. The estimate is always free, and if we agree, there is not charge for outbound shipping. Only send us the watch once we’ve been in contact with you so that we know to expect it.
The last thing we’d want is for your watch to get damaged on the way to get repaired! So once you get your estimate, please pack your watch securely to ensure its safety while in transit. Below are suggested shipping techniques:
- Carefully wrap your watch before boxing. Bubble wrap provides excellent shock absorption.
- Next, include the completed repair form with your watch. (Please print out a form for each watch if sending in multiple items.)
- Ship your watch to our receiving office at 62 West 47th Street, Suite 211 New York, NY 10036. (We suggest using a courier that provides tracking and insurance, such as FedEx® or UPS®, or the US Postal Service).
- Ask for a receipt, and that’s it! We’ll let you know by email or phone when your watch has safely arrived.
Once we receive your watch, one of our master watchmakers will inspect it, diagnose the issues, and contact you with the final estimate. Then if you’re ready to go, we’ll get to work and return shipping is on us!
If for whatever reason you decide not to proceed with the work or repair, we’ll return your watch without charging for the estimate or repair. You will only be obligated to pay return shipping and insurance.

FRIDAY: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Closed weekends and holidays.
We take pride in our work, and want all our customers to be 100% satisfied. That’s why we warranty all of our work for a period of 12 months. This warranty of service starts from the date you receive your watch. Any problems with or related to our service will be address and fixed as quickly as possible.
